Midjourney Inc. was founded in July 2022 in San Francisco by David Holz, already co-founder of Leap Motion, he was working on gesture control and augmented reality devices before launching Midjourney. Midjouney offers 25 credits to all "Newbies" beginners to test the AI before paying, you will need to create an account on Discord in order to join the Beta group. Choose the "Newbies" tab and start the conversation by starting with "/image + Prompt (description of the desired image). The images generated are accessible to all people who have access to Midjourney. You have to pay to be able to make projects without public access.
