ChatGPT, cannot imagine a story about non-existent or impossible-to-do facts, such as magic, time travel, because for him one can only bring together or produce what is possible to do in real time and in a realistic way . Because doing so would violate Open AI's policy on creating misleading and inappropriate content.

This will not be the case on Playground, which is not subject to any restrictions, particularly on abuse and  inappropriate content, so we are completely free in our requests.
